aica_gdrom currently copies from system ram to AICA ram, 128 bytes at a time, synchronized with the AICA sample timer.
Real hardware does not support TIMA reads--SCIPD is the correct way to achieve this.
This plays 10 seconds of PCM audio via the AICA ARM CPU.
