Notably missing is: - BSC (PDTRA / PCTRA) This also updates a handful of files to use the new sh7091_bits.hpp.
All examples work again, except macaw_multipass--this never worked entirely, so I'm not worried about fixing it at the moment.
This is a reshuffling of filenames, extensions, paths, make rules, just because I felt like it.
